You will receive true100% commission on ALL of your loans. There are no hidden fees and no minimum requirements.  You choose the lender, process the loan yourself or have one of our expert processors do it for you.  In addition,you pay no! per file fee for loans that you fund.

• ORIGINATION:  You are responsible for originating your loans.  Experienced Loan Officers, Real Estate Agents, and Brokers Only.  We are approved with a vast majority of the lenders.

• PROCESSING:  We can expertly process all of your loans in our offices by our very experienced in house processors for a reasonable fee. If you prefer using your own processor simply submit a copy package of the file to our office.

• LEADS:  100% Commissioned Agents are responsible for their own origination.  However, we have a select group of lead providers if you are in need of a lead source. 

• LICENSING:  You must be licensed or on your way to becoming licensed to qualify for this program.

• Out of State:  We are Licensed to conduct Loan and Real Estate Transactions in 45 states.

• SUBMISSION:  You can submit your file directly to our processors via E-Mail, Express Mail, Fax, or just bring it in. The loan is processed and upon funding and passing compliance you get paid 100% of the commission the same day.

• COMMISSIONS:  You will be issued a check the same day provided your file is compliant according to our compliance checklist. 

• INCOME: It is very common for our Loan officers, and Real Estate Agents to close 2-3 deals a month and make $15-25 thousand dollars in commissions.
